Solome is a result-oriented and self-driven finance professional with over 14 years of diverse experience in non-profit and profit-making sectors. She brings extensive expertise in internal and external auditing, financial management, budget management, cash and bank management, and coordination of organizational functions. With a proven track record in ensuring donor compliance, financial reporting, payroll management, and tax compliance, Solome ensures sound financial stewardship across all Centre operations.
