Climate Action

We champion youth-led, digitally enabled climate solutions, promoting low-carbon, climate-resilient approaches and protecting the populations most exposed to climate stress.

Climate Action

Overview

We champion youth-led climate change digital innovations and capacity building aimed at promoting community-based, low-carbon, climate-resilient solutions. Through empowering vulnerable populations including Indigenous Peoples, youth, refugees, women and persons living with disabilities affected by climate change, we work toward national advocacy campaigns to track and scale mitigation, adaptation and integration in line with Sustainable Development Goals 1, 2, 7, 13, 14 and 15.

What this programme includes

Protecting and enhancing the natural environment

Community outreach, tree planting and water source protection drive our climate-justice work, safeguarding healthy lives and livelihoods while putting young people at the centre of environmental action.

Green skills and digital innovation

We build capacity in green skills and digital solutions that empower vulnerable populations to adapt to climate change while creating sustainable livelihoods and green enterprises.

Adaptation and climate resilience

We strengthen adaptation strategies and climate-resilient approaches across communities, enabling them to anticipate and respond to climate shocks while maintaining social networks and wellbeing.

National advocacy for climate action

We lead national campaigns to fast-track and scale up climate mitigation, adaptation and integration across government and community priorities.
